For the price, I feel like this coat is okay. It's warm and it looks pretty much as pictured and I will keep it. With that said, there are a few issues worth noting. I'm 5' 8" and do not have abnormally short arms but the sleeves on this are so long I have to roll them up to use my hands. The hood is also so enormous that it covers my face, so I put safety pins inside to make the volume smaller so that I can use the hood without being completely engulfed. Also the zipper is really flimsy and it takes some extra time every time I use it to get it lined up on track. Last, I always get static cling and my hair flies all over when I put this coat on. I'm not sure if it's because the fabric is kind of cheap, but it's a lil annoying.
