I ordered both the black and the gray boots. These boots were so cute, but they arrived in a bag instead of a box, and there was no padding in the boots, so they were dented, folded, and crushed. I managed to put some stuffing in them and get a better shape. I ordered a half size larger (I wear an 8/8.5 and ordered a 9) for comfort and to account for thick socks, but these were too small to get on even with no socks. There is no size imprinted on the bottom or inside on a tag or anywhere. They are cheaply made and have a strong smell, but for the price, they are ok. They took a month to arrive. Giving them to my daughter.These boots are pretty but run very smallBoots made very cheap! The only nice part is the faux fur lining. The toe is literally made from a cheap piece of cardboard. They fit way too small. I sized up and they too tight. Do not buy these boots. A waste of money!These boots were about one size too small. They did not look anything like the picture. They were made from flimsy materials. I returned them.Cheaply madeI wear a 9.5 comfortably but can also wear a 9. I ordered a 10 but it fits like a 9.First off it took forever to receive the boots. I bought them as a gift but did not arrive in time so I had to buy something else. In saying that I am thankful that did happen due to I would have felt terrible gifting these boots. They were package poorly so it caused creases in the boots, poorly made, and runs very narrow in the toe area. The strings that show on the boots comes loose in the packet so you have to figure out how to string the laces through like in the pictures. Very disappointed. Buy cheap get cheap.Didn't like that the bottom of boots are hard no grip in snowy icy weather and the fit is very narrow and tight on my foot. Not worth the money or the wait. Took too long to get them
